THE CLIENT/COACHING RELATIONSHIP: Coaching is a partnership focused on developing the client’s awareness, thinking, and abilities in order to help them identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. In coaching conversations, I will be direct and honest, and encourage the Client to do the same. The success of the coaching engagement depends upon our willingness to remain open, honest and committed to the process.

THE LOVE ASSEMBLY COACHING: The client is aware that The Love Assembly Coach Aubrey Daquinag uses a combination of Life + Success Coaching and NLP techniques with her clients. By utilising The Love Assembly’s Coaching services, the Client enters into an agreement with Aubrey Daquinag that they are responsible for creating their own results, following the program and completing the tasks and activities as outlined.

The Love Assembly provides life, business and mindset coaching. Any remedies, approaches and/or techniques mentioned are by way of invitation to the Client. Most importantly, they are meant to supplement and not to be a substitute for professional medical consultation, care, therapy and treatment. Do not attempt to treat a serious ailment yourself without firstly gaining proper consultation from a qualified healthcare professional.

CONFIDENTIALITY: I understand that Aubrey Daquinag respects and upholds confidentiality values and laws. She will only release information about our work with my written permission, court order or legal subpoena. In addition, there are some situations in which she is legally obligated to breach my confidentiality and contact local law enforcement and/or social services authorities in order to protect you or others from harm. The situations include: 1. Child or elderly neglect or abuse. 2. Self-harm or suicidal actions. 3. Harm to others. These situations rarely occur, and Aubrey Daquinag would make every effort to discuss the breach of confidentiality with you before taking action. Aubrey Daquinag will keep your client file (intake sheet, contract & wheel of life and session correspondence) with the intention of undertaking future sessions; otherwise all files will be destroyed upon completion of any coaching package.


COACHING SESSIONS:

All coaching sessions will be booked ahead of time to ensure both Client and Coach are accommodated with preferred time and days of the week.

Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled by Client within 24 hours prior to the arranged date in order to remain valid. No exceptions for no-shows.

If Client does not show up for a session within 15 minutes of the scheduled call, the session is cancelled and no longer valid.

In the event Aubrey Daquinag cannot make the session time due to illness, she will immediately contact the client giving them the option to have the session postponed to a further date.


GUARANTEE POLICY: Your 100% participation and commitment to the coaching process is required. You are responsible for your own results and the role of a Coach is to be 100% committed to helping you achieve your desired goals.

REFUND POLICY: There is a strong no refund policy with all online digital products, courses, group and/or private 1:1 coaching mentorships. We aim for excellence in all our programs, courses, products and mentorships, please deliberate carefully when committing to invest.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and The Love Assembly Coach Aubrey Daquinag shall not be held responsible and shall remain blameless for any adverse or other consequences, including but not limited to financial, personal, employment or other losses, arising out of decisions or actions the Client may make as a result of the Services provided by The Love Assembly Coach.
